Who we are

DoxxScore is a one-time doxxing risk assessment product created by the team behind Secrets of Privacy.

If you have questions about this notice or want to make a request, email support@doxxscore.com.

What we don’t ask for

The assessment is designed to avoid collecting sensitive identifiers that aren’t necessary.

  • We don’t require your home address.
  • We don’t require your phone number.
  • We don’t require your Social Security number (SSN) or driver’s license.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Email address (used to deliver your report and run a breach exposure check).
  • Questionnaire responses (used to calculate your score and generate your personalized action plan).
  • Support communications (if you contact us, we’ll receive the contents of your message).

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process basic technical data to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, device/browser information, and logs related to requests.

Information from third parties

We use the Have I Been Pwned service to check whether your email address appears in known data breaches. This is used as an input into your report and recommended next steps.

How we use information

  • To process your purchase and provide the assessment.
  • To generate your doxxing risk score and PDF report.
  • To run a breach exposure check for the email address you provide.
  • To respond to support requests and improve the service.
  • To help prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe). We don’t receive or store your full card number. The payment processor handles payment details under its own privacy policy.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service (for example, website hosting, payment processing, and email delivery). These providers may process information on our behalf to perform services for us, and they’re expected to protect it.

How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information.

We may share information in limited situations, such as:

  • With service providers that help us operate the product (hosting, payments, email delivery).
  • If required to comply with law or valid legal process.
  • To protect the rights, safety, and security of DoxxScore, our users, and the public.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the report, maintain the service, and meet legal, security, and operational requirements. You can request deletion by emailing support.

If you want a stricter retention promise (for example, “delete questionnaire answers after X days”), that should match your actual implementation before you publish it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure, but we aim to minimize collection and reduce unnecessary exposure.

Your choices

  • Access / deletion requests: Email support@doxxscore.com and tell us what you’d like deleted.
  • Marketing emails: If you ever receive optional updates, you can unsubscribe using the link in the email.

Children

DoxxScore is intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support and we’ll take appropriate steps.
